New Table Lighting

The Committee has authorised the purchase of new lights for our tables to replace the existing ones which are no longer in a good state of repair. The new lights will be the Timesafe Luminaire made by Peradon. Battle of the Ages

The final handicap snooker event for the year was recently completed with the youngest player in the club, Josh Thrift, overcoming one of our senior players, Cec Harrison.  The final comprised the best of three frames which saw Josh come out on top.  Congratulations to him and to Cec for making it through to the final.

Handicap Snooker Competition

The draw is on the board for the first round of the last handicap snooker competition for the year.  The deadline for the first round is 7 October.  The first-named player in each pair should contact his/her opponent to arrange a date and time for their game.  Each match will be decided over three frames.
