Their Story
The idea behind Soul Kitchen Bakery’s guilt-free offerings and quirky interiors came from its owners—Hugh and Shirley Forster.
Both Hugh and Shirley are gluten-free and plant based experts. More specifically, Hugh is a graphic designer, an environmental scientist, an avid meditator, and a Qi Gong enthusiast; whilst Shirley is a certified holistic nutritionist and an elite master in the kitchen.
Together, Hugh and Shirley have created Soul Kitchen Bakery as a vehicle to express their love for fresh, clean, and allergy-friendly food to the world.
